Nichevo II on Ice

The Story: This photograph was captured in the middle of March during a visit to the lovely town of Bayfield, located in northern Wisconsin. The weather was uncomfortably cold, but temperatures had risen enough for the ferry to pass back and forth between the mainland and Madeline Island. I waited at the docks until the ferry named Nichevo II returned to drop off folks coming from the island. It was exciting to watch the vessel break through the icy waters.

Print Information: Printed on museum grade fine art paper with a 1/2” white border around all sides of the image. The image itself is 10x10” and the paper is 11x11” in total size. Artwork will be signed and numbered with the edition number. Frame not included.

Limited Edition Print: This image is sold in a limited edition series of 5 prints. Once the artwork is sold out, no additional prints will be made. (The photographer retains the right to continue publishing the image online and in photo books).
